Specimens and Samples

Important information

Please ensure all samples are dropped off at the surgery by 1pm Monday to Friday.

Each sample must be clearly labelled with:

• Your full name
• Your date of birth
• The date the sample was taken

Samples that are incorrectly labelled or placed in the wrong container may not be accepted by the laboratory.
